Togethery 계정 삭제 안내

이 페이지는 Togethery(개발자: Lifebit Lab) 앱에서 계정과 관련 데이터를 삭제하는 방법을 안내합니다.

1. 앱에서 직접 삭제하기

Togethery 앱을 실행합니다.
설정(프로필) 화면을 엽니다.
화면 하단의 계정 삭제를 누릅니다.
본인 확인을 위해 가입에 사용한 소셜 계정(Google, Kakao 또는 Apple)으로 다시 로그인합니다.
확인하면 계정과 데이터가 즉시 영구 삭제됩니다. 이 작업은 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

2. 삭제되는 데이터

계정 정보 — 이메일 주소, 닉네임, 프로필 이미지, 소셜 인증 식별자
내가 작성한 장보기·할 일 항목, 체크리스트, 댓글 등 콘텐츠
그룹 — 혼자 사용하던 그룹은 삭제되고, 다른 멤버와 함께 사용하던 그룹은 다른 멤버에게 이전됩니다.

3. 보관되는 데이터 및 기간

원칙적으로 계정 삭제 시 위 데이터를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 관계 법령에서 일정 기간 보존을 요구하는 정보가 있는 경우, 해당 법령이 정한 기간 동안 보관한 후 파기합니다.

4. 문의

앱에서 직접 삭제하기 어려운 경우 [email protected] 으로 요청해 주시면 계정 및 관련 데이터 삭제를 처리해 드립니다.

Togethery Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your account and associated data in the Togethery app (developer: Lifebit Lab).

1. Delete directly in the app

Open the Togethery app.
Go to the Settings (profile) screen.
Tap Delete account near the bottom of the screen.
Re-sign in with the social account you registered with (Google, Kakao, or Apple) to verify your identity.
Once confirmed, your account and data are permanently deleted immediately. This action cannot be undone.

2. Data that is deleted

Account information — email address, nickname, profile image, social authentication identifiers
Content you created — shopping/to-do items, checklists, comments, etc.
Groups — groups you used alone are deleted; groups shared with other members are transferred to another member.

3. Data that is retained and for how long

As a rule, the above data is destroyed without delay upon account deletion. However, where applicable law requires retention of certain information for a set period, we keep it for the period required by that law and then destroy it.

4. Contact

If you are unable to delete your account within the app, please contact [email protected] and we will process the deletion of your account and associated data.

このページでは、Togethery(開発者: Lifebit Lab)アプリでアカウントおよび関連データを削除する方法をご案内します。

1. アプリから直接削除する

Togethery アプリを起動します。
設定(プロフィール)画面を開きます。
画面下部のアカウント削除をタップします。
本人確認のため、登録に使用したソーシャルアカウント(Google、Kakao または Apple)で再度ログインします。
確認するとアカウントとデータは直ちに完全に削除されます。この操作は取り消せません。

2. 削除されるデータ

アカウント情報 — メールアドレス、ニックネーム、プロフィール画像、ソーシャル認証識別子
作成したコンテンツ — 買い物・やることの項目、チェックリスト、コメントなど
グループ — 一人で使用していたグループは削除され、他のメンバーと共有していたグループは他のメンバーに引き継がれます。

3. 保管されるデータおよび期間

原則としてアカウント削除時に上記データを遅滞なく破棄します。ただし、関連法令で一定期間の保存が求められる情報がある場合は、当該法令が定める期間中保管した後に破棄します。
